By accessing or using BeanHub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
BeanHub is a coffee bean directory platform that connects coffee enthusiasts with specialty coffee roasters. We do not sell coffee directly; we provide a listing service and redirect users to roaster websites for purchases.
Account Creation
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- One account per roaster/business is allowed
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
Account Responsibilities
- Keep your password confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
If you register as a coffee roaster, you additionally agree to:
You MUST:
- Be a legitimate coffee roaster or authorized representative
- Only list coffee beans that you actually sell
- Provide accurate product information (origin, process, etc.)
- Keep purchase URLs up-to-date and functional
- Own or have rights to all images you upload
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally
You must NOT:
- List products you don't sell or don't exist
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use copyrighted images without permission
- Link to malicious or inappropriate websites
- Create multiple accounts for the same business
- Manipulate click analytics or engage in fraud
All content submitted to BeanHub must:
- Be accurate and not misleading
- Not infringe on intellectual property rights
- Not contain offensive, discriminatory, or illegal material
- Be relevant to coffee products
- Not include personal attacks or harassment
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without notice.
All bean submissions are subject to review before being published:
- Reviews are typically completed within 1-2 business days
- We may request additional information or corrections
- Submissions may be rejected if they violate our guidelines
- Rejection reasons will be provided
- You may resubmit after addressing issues
Approval is at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to publish any submission.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (text, images, etc.). By submitting content, you grant BeanHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on our platform and marketing materials.
Our Content
The BeanHub name, logo, website design, and original content are owned by us and protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
Important Notice
BeanHub is a directory service only. We do not:
- Sell coffee directly
- Process payments
- Handle shipping or fulfillment
- Guarantee product quality or availability
Transactions occur directly between you and the roaster. Any disputes regarding purchases, quality, shipping, or refunds must be resolved directly with the roaster.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeanHub shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Actions or omissions of roasters or third parties
- Product quality, availability, or fulfillment issues
- Unauthorized access to your account
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any).
We may terminate or suspend your account if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Provide false or misleading information
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Harm other users or our reputation
You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your listings will be removed from our directory.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of BeanHub after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
For significant changes, we will notify registered users via email.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of BeanHub will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
